What's It All About?

First Thursdays Art Walk celebrates the diverse cultural art scene of Laguna Beach and is free to the public with participation by more than 30 member galleries. First Thursdays Art Walk is held on the first Thursday of every month from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The museum offers free admission from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and docents are available for tours from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Now on view, Artemio Sepúlveda brings together works from the later 1970s until 1999, when the artist who was well known and respected in his native Mexico lived and worked in Laguna Beach. Travels in Mexico: Watercolors from the Diane and E. Gene Crain Collection features California School paintings done in Mexico from the 1930s through the 1980s, from a private collection formed around personal relationships between collector and artists.
