The Arts Council is a support group of the Laguna Art Museum as well as provides educational experiences for members and the community. Every year, the Arts Council assists with Imagination Celebration, by providing a free day at the museum with a variety of art-making activities, gallery treasure hunt, vocal and dance performances, prizes, and free refreshments.

Membership in the organization is open to former and current Laguna Art Museum docents who are members of the museum.
