Docents offer drop-in public tours on all business days, excluding Wednesdays, at 11:00 a.m. In addition, tours for private groups and specific exhibitions can be reserved in advance.

Private group tours are available Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

K–12 visits at Laguna Art Museum prompt close looking, peer-to-peer dialogue, and thematic ties between artworks. Students learn through experimental play, inquiry, and multi-modal activities that relate curricular content and shared experiences to our permanent collection and special exhibitions. The museum offers virtual docent-guided tours for groups of two or more. Tours are by appointment only and must be booked three weeks in advance. Virtual tours are available Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All members of the tour group need access to a computer with internet connection and Zoom.

Self-guided groups are welcome, provided that groups are small enough for everyone to adhere to physical distancing guidelines. Please contact tours@lagunaartmuseum.org with details regarding your request.

LAM welcomes visitors of all abilities. We work closely with groups to ensure that everyone can participate in our tours. Health aides and caregivers accompanying visitors receive free admission. If your group requires accommodations or sensory assistive tools, we are happy to provide support. Please include necessary details in tour requests sent via email.

We are currently developing additional multi-sensory and inclusive educational resources for all visitors. Check back in the future for more publicly available resources for disabled visitors. A specialized booking form for access groups will be available soon.
