In Canyon, Llyn Foulkes mimics the layout of a stereoscopic postcard, including the borders of the photos. Instead of a traditional sepia tone, Foulkes uses the gradations of a monochromatic, teal color. The canyon is unrecognizable, captured at close range, and strangely anthropomorphic, creating an unsettled feeling.
