SMARTIFY is your personal digital curator. It is a free app that allows you to scan and identify artworks, access rich interpretation, and build your own personal art collection in some of the world’s best museums and galleries.

SMARTIFY grew out of four friends’ enjoyment of visiting museums and encountering art. Discovering and sharing amazing stories behind artworks remains at the heart of their mission as a global technology company. Inside every gilt frame or Perspex box, layer upon layer of meanings exist; the method, the madness, that moment in time. Art is the only universal language, and there are centuries of stories to tell.

In 2016, Laguna Art Museum became SMARTIFY’s first North American partner. Using SMARTIFY’s advanced image recognition and augmented reality technology, simply point your phone at works of art to gain access to information, commentary, artist biographies, and more. Carry your favorite art with you and show your collection to friends.
