For the 14th annual SoCal Museums Free-For-All on Saturday, February 2, and Sunday, February 3, 2019, nearly forty museums—presenting art, cultural heritage, natural history, and science—open their doors and invite visitors to attend free of charge. At Laguna Art Museum, visit Self-Help Graphics, 1983-1991, a selection of prints is from the large Self-Help Graphics collection purchased by the museum in 1992. Founded by Sister Karen Boccalero, Self-Help Graphics is an East Los Angeles printmaking workshop and arts center that emerged from the Chicano movement of the 1960s.
